This is my most comprehensive take on leadership and hope you find it useful. This article is close to my heart and hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it. In times of crisis like this we look to leaders for inspiration, hope and direction. The last word is the key as the first thing to suffer in a crisis is direction.
