That's why I wanted to republish it as part of my newsletter, as I truly believe what's written here still holds good for great leadership during crisis and turbulence. In times like these, we naturally look to leaders for inspiration, hope, and direction. The last word is key, as the first thing to suffer in a crisis is direction.
